[Collab] Neo Queen Serenity

First of all, I didn't draw this this was originally drawn by who was kind to let me color it ^_^ This was a good opportunity to try the soft, glowing look, so I hope I did a pretty good job for a first try =3 I didn't want to ruin the original lines by inking them so I left them the way they were :3

oh yeah, and this was completely colored with mouse because a) I didn't have to worry about lines and b) I like my mom's computer better than mine at the moment, but my tablet doesn't seem to cooperate with it but surprisingly enough, it wasn't hard at all! I love them laser ones
